This website isoperated by Jen Zoghbi under Infectious Design + Strategy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the site handles, why and how it is used, and the services involved in operating the site.

What I collect

If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, and a message. You may also provide your company and phone number; both are optional.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the contact form.

I use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and to communicate about potential work, collaborations, speaking, employment, referrals, or other professional opportunities.

I do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Why I use this information

The fonts in this template are from Fontshare and Google Fonts. You are free to use this font for personal & commercial use.

Analytics

This site uses PlausibleAnalytics to understand aggregate website traffic — for example, how many people visit, which pages and case studies receive attention, where visits come from, and whether the contact form is submitted.

Plausible does not use cookies, browser cache, local storage, or persistent identifiers, and does not create profiles of individual visitors.

To calculatedaily unique visitors, Plausible temporarily processes an IP address andbrowser information to generate a daily-changing identifier. The value used togenerate it rotates and is deleted every 24 hours. Raw IP addresses and browserinformation are not stored, and the identifier cannot be used to follow avisitor from one day to the next.

Plausible may also derive limited aggregate information such as browser type, operatingsystem, device type, referral source, and approximate geographic location. Visitor analytics data is processed and stored in the European Union.

Technical information

Like most websites, this website processes limited technical information needed to deliver and secure it — for example, an IP address, browser or operating-system information, and device information, handled at the server level by the website’s infrastructure and service providers. This is used to operate and protect the website, not to profile visitors or track behavior across the web.

Service providers

A limited number of third-party services help operate this website.

Webflow hosts this website and stores contact-form submissions on my behalf. For personal information collected through this website, I determine why and how it is used, and Webflow acts as the processor.

Plausible Analytics provides the aggregate, cookieless website analytics described above. Its data is stored in the European Union.

Microsoft 365 is used for email correspondence, including replies to your inquiry.

Cloudflare Turnstile provides spam and automated-bot protection for the contact form. It runs a security check in your browser to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic, and processes only the information necessary for that check — it does not access or store the contents of what you type into the form.

Fonts

Some typefaces on this site may be delivered through Google Fonts. When such a font is requested, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and technical information — including your IP address — may be transmitted as part of that request.

Cookies & Similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or marketing cookies, and Plausible Analytics uses no analytics cookies, browser local storage, or persistent identifiers. The website does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, retargeting, or cross-site visitor profiling. Security technology used to protect the contact form may use limited browser storage or similar technical mechanisms where necessary to detect automated submissions, spam, or abuse. If the website's functionality changes in a way that introduces optional tracking or storage requiring consent, this policy and any appropriate consent controls will be updated.

International transfers

Contact-form data isstored in the United States by Webflow. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this means that informationis transferred to the US. Webflow is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the UK Extension, and its data processing agreement additionally includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement as transfer safeguards. Plausible analytics data does not leave the European Union. Other service providers used to operate the website may process information injurisdictions other than your own, subject to their applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

How long I keep information

I keep contact-form information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, maintain a relevant professional relationship, or meet legal, contractual, accounting, or regulatory obligations. I periodically delete information that is no longer needed for those purposes.

If an inquiry develops into a client, employment, collaboration, or other professional relationship, information associated with that relationship may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary or required by law.

Your Choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted. Email me at the address below. I may ask you to confirm your identity so that I send information to the right person.
